Post-Mother’s Day

Tim survived Mother’s Day and all the First Communions that seemed, like the aligning of the planets, to occur on the same weekend. He was featured in the Westchester Times Tribune (see page 4). With a flourish (and a lot of coffee) he worked Olympian hours and created beautiful moments many moms and more that weekend.
Curt conducted the Westchester Symphonic Winds concert on May 10, and he was named Conductor for their future seasons. He’s very excited about all the possibilities that this opportunity affords him. Helen was here for the Mother’s Day weekend and we had a great time.
We celebrated our first anniversary at the Westchester Ritz Carlton over the weekend. The Ritz Rolls Royce picked us up, took us to the hotel, and was at beckon call all weekend. After celebrating with drinks with Paul & Diana on Friday and dinner with Mel & Paul on Saturday, we took the Rolls to Bloomingdale’s on Sunday on our way home. Heads were turning as shoppers and Bloomie’s empoyees alike craned their necks to see who was shopping in the Rolls! Yes, that’s Curt grabbing the last of our luggage from the back of the Rolls upon our return home. It was a great weekend and a great way to celebrate our First Anniversary!
