Cultural Update




Catching up: Last week we went for Brunch with Paul & Diana to our new favorite restaurant, Underhills Crossing, in Bronxville. Great atmosphere, tasty food, excellent presentations, and beautifully arranged flowers. Our favorite entrees included the Huevos Rancheros, Corned Beef Hash Fritters, and Salmon Frittata. They are had excellent accompaniments and sauces. And talk about formidable desserts. Among our favorites, the chocolate/vanilla/strawberry mouse creation encased in hard dark chocolate (the name eludes me) and Tim’s favorite, the Risotto Pudding. Yummy! Right in the heart of picturesque Bronxville, it’s a new favorite of ours in southern Westchester.
